Work Schedule
  • General 8‑hour shifts.
  • Part‑time openings (up to 29 hours weekly).
  • Evenings: 2 pm–10:30 pm every other weekend.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA is responsible for providing direct, hands‑on care to residents in a nursing home environment to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.

Responsibilities
  • Follow and uphold the community’s philosophy and goals to maintain, improve, and enhance each resident’s quality of care and life.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plans.
  • Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
  • Follow safety policies in performing nursing care, ensuring resident safety.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures of the community.
  • Follow rules in the employee handbook.
  • Attend and participate in facility meetings and in‑service training programs.
  • Follow infection control guidelines.
  • Report changes in resident condition immediately to the charge nurse.
  • Observe residents’ rights including privacy and dignity.
  • Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
