Specifics and Benefits
As a traveling RN in Long-Term Care, your responsibilities are integral to resident well‑being and continuity of care. You will lead direct patient care activities, perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and family members to develop individualized care plans. You’ll oversee wound care, infection prevention, Foley and ostomy care as appropriate, falls risk reduction, and rehabilitation support to maximize function and comfort.
