Adventureland Park - Park Services Host

Position: Adventure land Park - Park Services Host (18yrs +)
locations:
Adventure land, 3200 Adventure land drive, Altoona, IA 50009, United States of America Execute cleaning tasks as outlined in training and Standard Operating Procedures Complete regular and rotating weekly cleaning tasks as assigned during shift periods Operate golf-carts, vehicles, or other motorized equipment to perform daily duties Perform basic maintenance duties (e.g. unclogging the toilet or changing light bulbs)
Ensure ADA standards are met in each location All other duties and special projects assigned by leadership
** Language:
** Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

** Requirements:
** Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays  Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipment

Ability to comply with all uniform policies

Ability to safely and properly use a variety of cleaning equipment, including brooms, mops, and chemicals

Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner

Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently

* Physical Requirements:

** Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, kneel, bend, or squat for long periods of time Ability to remain on feet for majority of the workday Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 50 pounds or more Ability to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/tools
