Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Specialist with strong blueprint reading skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external vendors. This role requires clear communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure product quality.
  • Inspect, measure, and document product quality against company and industry standards.
  • Partner with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
  • Communicate directly with vendors and internal staff regarding quality requirements, concerns, and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Work independently to manage tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to drive process improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Strong blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain self-directed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, measurement tools, or inspection processes a plus.
