Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc.

Duties include:

supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.###
** Responsibilities:
*** Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
* Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers
* Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
* Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites
* Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
* Handle any additional special projects as needed
* Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople
* Additional administrative tasks as seen fit
* Keep up to date and accurate records
* Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices
* Ability to multi-task on technical issues
* Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
* Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees

* Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience
* Personal Attributes:
Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Professionalism
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
* Able to manage time effectively
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite###

** The pay range for this position is**$26.32 to $31.57

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
