Are you skilled in preparing vehicles to look their absolute best? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our pre-owned and new vehicles are showroom ready, helping to maintain high standards of appearance and quality.

• Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements
• Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
• Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle reconditioning
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment
• Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Prior experience in automotive reconditioning, detailing, or collision repair preferred
• Knowledge of paint repair, dent removal, and detailing techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
