Full‑time, on‑site role located in Altoona, PA. The Joint Replacement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the care of patients undergoing joint replacement surgery. Daily responsibilities include scheduling pre‑operative and post‑operative appointments, educating patients on procedures and recovery process, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure personalized patient care, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, the coordinator may assist in quality improvement initiatives and act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication.

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage patient appointments and surgical workflows
• Experience in patient education and communication, with the ability to explain procedures and provide guidance
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with joint replacement procedures
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and data management systems
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate and patient‑focused approach to healthcare delivery
• Candidates with a background in nursing, healthcare administration, or medical assisting are preferred
