Seeking a licensed OT, PT, or Speech Therapist needed to perform independent evaluations for Early Intervention Birth - 3 Program in Blair County. Pay rate is $80/hr. for time spent with the Service Coordinator during the evaluation in the family's home. The number of evaluations vary week to week and can range from possibly none in one week to several in the next.

The evaluations are scheduled at least 2 weeks ahead of time so that you will know your schedule in advance.
You choose the time and date that you are available and submit these to an electronic system. You will then be notified by email if your time and date were chosen by the family. The evals can begin at around 9:00 a.m. and end by about 5:00 p.m. but by no means would this be the schedule every week.
If you are only available in the evenings job, you are still welcome to apply. You will meet the Service Coordinator at the family's home.
The ideal candidate is needed 2-3 days/week Mon.

. Please know that this position is very part-time and you can expect to make around $15,/yr. You can choose the days you would like to work and this could vary week to week.

Please make sure you meet the degree requirements when applying. These are set by the state government. There are some unpaid requirements up front in order to prepare to be an evaluator. I will send a "Welcome Letter" in order to give all of these details, if you are interested in the position. These include several on-line trainings, Infant/child CPR and First Aid, Clearances, and at least 2 observations of an established evaluator in your area .
