• Support growing commercial services sector
• Install and support Breezeline’s Commercial Hosted Voice (VOIP), enterprise fiber and small business (SMB) services
• Respond to Hosted Voice, commercial fiber circuit and SMB trouble calls
• Assist Technical Operations construction team with Commercial fiber deployments
• Assist Network Engineers during optical and network upgrades

• Perform hosted voice service installations, including pre‑qualification visits, site surveys, pre‑installation and installations with internal sales and provisioning teams and customers.
• Install Breezeline Hosted Voice phones/devices, commercial fiber routers and other CPE.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Business Services teams to design and implement hosted phone changes and additions, ensuring minimal disruption to existing customer systems.
• Troubleshoot and analyze IP voice and data issues, and conduct scheduled maintenance during commercial equipment upgrades.
• Coordinate with the Advanced Services Group during current customer system interruptions and device troubles.
• Maintain technical knowledge of PBX and VOIP phone systems, ethernet and fiber networking, PC software, and back‑office connectivity, plus CATV coax experience.
• Assist local Technical Operations teams with additional tasks as approved by the Manager Field Operations.

Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two years college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of extensive technical details in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Google Workspace.
• Layer 2/3 networking technology.
• Familiarity with VLAN and multicast.
• Back‑office enterprise network technologies preferable.
• PBX phone system and SIP phone experience desirable.
