Salary range
:
The full pay range for this role is $107,200 to $178,600 annually, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $115,000 to $142,500 annually.
Responsible for the safe, reliable, efficient, lawful, and cost effective management of all maintenance and operations activities at specific renewable energy plant(s). Work closely with the Asset Manager and ensure compliance with all facilities’ Operating Contracts (including O&M Agreements, PPAs, and other relevant agreements), applicable permits, safety requirements, and Federal, State and Local Laws. Serve as the primary interface between these counter parties or agencies, and provide leadership in budgeting and setting plant goals.
Oversee all work activities, supervise employees at the sites, and manage reports and communications between sites and management teams, customers, vendors, etc.
Act as a frontline manager for site employees while supporting the Asset Manager(s) leading the commercial and technical decision-making for the asset(s). This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager and operates within EDFps' performance standards while coordinating performance with the Asset Manager(s).
Administrative responsibilities include budgeting, plant goal setting, and interfacing with centralized functions to optimize operational and financial performance.
- Ensure safe, reliable, efficient, lawful, and cost effective management of plant operations, including compliance with all operating contracts, permits, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee management, operations & maintenance, budgeting, and repairs of renewable energy assets in accordance with documented procedures and specifications.
- Perform regular reviews of required paperwork and computer work to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations, including inventory management, procurement, contract compliance, and hazard identification.
- Lead, develop, and support the professional growth of employees through hiring, training, and periodic staff meetings.
- Interface with Asset Manager and centralized functions to improve communications and optimize operational and financial performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze and critique plant performance (including safety and quality), and implement plant-specific improvement projects.
- Maintain written and oral communications with all stakeholders.
- Conduct performance reviews for direct reports quarterly and evaluate each direct report at least annually.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
