2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location:

Duncansville, PA. Pay: $25.50/hr with $1.50 shift differential. Shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm (2nd Shift).

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their Production Maintenance department supporting the manufacturing operations.

• Support 2nd shift production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance across multiple locations and document activities in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance team members to optimize machine uptime and process efficiency.
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Participate in inventory management of critical spare parts and support manufacturing engineering projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of motor drives, PLC systems, and industrial power systems; certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Allen‑Bradley (Rockwell Automation) and electrical control troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ability to read design and CAD drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
