CNC Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Monitor, support, and enforce company safety policies and practices

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and procedures
• Identify and correct deviations from specifications
• Develop and implement process improvements

• Participate in new hire interviews and selection
• Coordinate and provide training for assigned employees
• Deliver timely feedback and coaching; conduct interim and annual performance evaluations
• Monitor and enforce company policies; approve PTO and time-off requests
• Represent and promote the company's values and culture

• Participate in routine production meetings
• Communicate daily work schedules and output requirements
• Plan and assign work to maintain efficient flow between departments
• Support department goals and contribute to a collaborative team environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• CNC experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work efficiently
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems
• Demonstrates teamwork, dependability, and sound decision-making

• Manufacturing environment with equipment and moving mechanical parts
• Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
