Senior Marketing Manager
Curry Supply is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Manager with strong Project Management capabilities and a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
, eCommerce administration
, and data integration
. This role will lead integrated marketing and sales initiatives supporting our truck manufacturing and aftermarket solutions business units.
Another key focus of this role is to develop and execute a cohesive aftermarket messaging strategy
, while ensuring consistency of the Curry Supply brand across all product lines. This role also oversees digital performance, campaign execution, and customer experience enhancements across all customer channels.
Sales & Market Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Analyze customer insights, lost sales, and competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
- Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies with data-driven inputs.
- Foster long-term customer relationships and improve overall engagement.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance the customer journey at every stage.
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns (digital, print, social, events).
- Develop and implement unified messaging across trucks, parts, and aftermarket services.
- Use market research to uncover customer needs, trends, and innovation opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance to make data-informed recommendations.
- Align all marketing efforts with a strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and timelines for campaigns and initiatives.
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and customer-facing events from start to finish.
- Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and internal/external communications.
- Conduct post-event performance reviews to assess ROI and future improvements.
- Build, manage, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns
. - Maintain subscriber data
, segmentation strategies, and contact hygiene. - Develop and manage automated customer journeys with behavioral triggers.
- Use dynamic content and personalization strategies to increase engagement.
- Monitor campaign analytics and continuously optimize based on performance.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations
, opt-in/opt-out standards, and CAN-SPAM policies.
- Manage and update the eCommerce platform
, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy. - Collaborate with internal teams to support UX improvements and digital merchandising.
- Monitor site performance (traffic, conversion, bounce/abandonment rates) and drive enhancements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating to IT/support vendors as needed.
- Ensure product content is aligned with brand voice and marketing efforts.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce integration across marketing and eCommerce systems.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reporting structures to track KPIs using Salesforce Reports
, Google Analytics
, and other tools. - Analyze data to inform decisions across marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives.
- Manage internal memberships and industry associations for brand value and alignment.
- Define and continuously enhance the customer journey for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with service, engineering, and product teams to elevate lifecycle touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automotive sectors.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
. - Proven project management skills across marketing, events, and digital initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with aftermarket parts or heavy equipment manufacturing industries.
- Expertise in marketing automation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.
- Trade show and event logistics experience.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP data integrations.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Hub Spot, or Tableau.
