We are currently seeking aPsychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our supportive, patient-centered
Psychiatry Team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
As an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Diagnose and treata wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders
Develop individualized treatment plansin coordination with an interdisciplinary team
Maketreatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications
Collaborate with facility staff onbehavioral strategies and care planning
Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Enjoy aMonday–Friday schedule, the flexibility to manage your own time, andno on-call duties.
What We’re Looking ForActive and valid
CRNP license in Pennsylvania(required)Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
A commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrity
