Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing, Altoona, PA

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with passion for pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team in Altoona. The RN will provide one-to-one client care in home settings, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, following doctor orders, and documenting care.

• Travel to client homes near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, with transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in pediatric and adult care preferred.
