. We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available) in Altoona, PA and surrounding areas.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
