Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Plan each shift and monitor performance.
• Take action to meet shift targets and departmental goals.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to aid preparation.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Must be 18 years or older.
