Provide exceptional customer service.Assist customers daily with their purchases.Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.Troubleshoot technical issues with products.Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and stock room.Perform front-end cashier responsibilities, including sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.Unload and organize new products, restock shelves, and assist with product merchandising.Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis.Ability to stand or move for extended periods.Adherence to CIEC, Inc. policies and procedures.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Regular attendance.Desire for growth and advancement.Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.Access to reliable transportation to and from work locations.Preferred:
Knowledge of and experience in the Vapor industry.Prior retail, customer service, or cashier experience.Comfort with consistent use of technology for tasks.Starting pay is $14.00/hour.
