Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full‑Time/Part‑Time, Edgewood Team

Come be a part of Grace Lutheran Communities! We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Edgewood team. We have full‑time and part‑time AM/PM/NOC shifts available with flexible scheduling. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.

• Monitor and record resident health and behaviour; communicate information with the interdisciplinary team
• Follow individual care plans for residents and clients
• Know and follow emergency and evacuation procedures for the unit/facility
• Maintain working knowledge of regulations governing long‑term care
• Attend required orientation, training, and maintain current CNA certification
• Use resources such as food and supplies resourcefully, and report needed items to the director
• Maintain a positive working and living environment
• Assist in daily housekeeping duties, inventory, and storage of supplies as assigned by DON, director, or administrator
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as requested
• Clean resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and furnishings according to job standards and procedures
• Follow manufacturer’s procedural guidelines when using tools, handling chemicals, and operating equipment; remove debris and soiled linens
• Other responsibilities as assigned
