We're looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our River Pines team! We have Full-Time and Part-Time AM/PM/NOC shifts available. Starting at $27.00-$28.50 per hour based on experience.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
  • Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within licensure framework and individual care plans.
  • Document care delivery observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately.
  • Provide direct resident care as needed.
  • Request RN assessment/consultation for resident who shows a change of condition.
  • Use equipment and supplies in a precise, accurate, and calm manner.
  • Assume charge nurse duties when assigned, including adjusting assignments and schedule to best meet resident needs and appropriate personnel use.
  • Under RN direction, monitor and document health status of all unstable or intervention-required residents.
  • Participate in care planning.
  • Obtain needed intervention and monitor process or order follow-through.
  • Replace absent staff when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of confidential information/records.
  • Project a positive image of the organization in dealings with residents, clients, coworkers, and the public.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Transcribe physician orders.
