Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing escalated issues, running payment cycles, participating in vendor meetings, processing intricate invoices, reconciling statements for key partners, assisting with audits, maintaining master data within SAP systems, and driving improvements in internal controls.

Key duties include:
Manage escalated accounts payable queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring resolution aligns with internal policies and customer service standards. Run regular financial reports and payment runs for multiple business units, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process. Participate in vendor and stakeholder meetings to foster positive relationships and address any issues related to payments or account management. Ensure ledgers are appropriately managed by resolving returned payments and debit balances in a timely manner.

Process complex invoices with attention to detail, adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular statement reconciliations for key vendors to ensure all accounts are up-to-date and discrepancies are addressed swiftly. Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing accurate documentation and supporting information as required. Maintain master data within SAP systems, ensuring information is current and reliable for all stakeholders.
