Responsibilities

Support the operations team with a wide range of routine and ad-hoc administrative activities

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and equipment orders and coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including emails, reports and invoices.
  • Input and manage data in databases and spreadsheets, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and assisting with the production of site-specific reports/KPIs.
  • Liaise with managers, colleagues and other internal and external key stakeholders effectively.
  • Work accurately and at pace to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a range of methods including email, telephone, and face to face.
