Cheshire | Salary up to £60,000 (negotiable) + Car Allowance + Bonus Permanent | Regional Role A well-established UK property services contractor is seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a multi-contract, high-value planned maintenance and refurbishment portfolio across Cheshire and the surrounding region . This is a senior, hands-on leadership role delivering social housing refurbishment, passive fire protection and retrofit / decarbonisation programmes within a stable, long-term framework environment.
Youll lead and develop a growing commercial team while retaining full control of commercial performance across multiple live contracts.
The Role As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for both people leadership and commercial delivery , with autonomy to manage your region day-to-day.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring and developing Quantity Surveyors, Trainees and Graduates Full commercial responsibility across multiple planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts Managing CVRs, WIP, forecasting, cost control and risk Overseeing
