An award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to expand its Manchester team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on prime residential or broader residential schemes.
The Quantity Surveyor's roleThe successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveying team, supporting the successful delivery of residential projects for private clients throughout the country.
The new Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both pre and post contract stages while working closely with the client and wider project team.
The Quantity Surveyor- Working towards completing APC Interview
- Minimum - completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Prime / high-end residential project experience would be preferred
- Strong Pre and Post contract knowledge
- Ideally experience with working for private clients
- PQS / Quantity Surveying Consultancy background and work experience
- Based in the Northwest
- £45,000 - £55,000
- Structured internal APC Training Programme
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
