The Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Writer to join our team in creating high-quality, customer-facing documentation for our products.
You will play a key role in helping customers understand and successfully use our products by producing clear, accurate, and engaging user guides across multiple formats including PDF documents, online help content, and video content.
This role requires someone who is comfortable with working both independently and with collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including Product Owners, Test Analysts, and Developers, and managing multiple documentation streams aligned with product release timelines.
Roles and responsibilities- Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, including:
- User guides and manuals (using Microsoft Word or similar tools)
- Video-based tutorials and walkthroughs
- Online help content and other digital documentation formats
- Translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
- Engage with customers to understand real-world usage and documentation needs
- Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product functionality
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all written and visual materials
- Identify opportunities to improve and innovate user assistance content, tools, and processes
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Product Writer, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience producing customer-facing user guides and documentation
- Familiarity with online documentation platforms and digital publishing methods
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and complexity for different audiences
- Experience working in Agile or product-led development environments
- Experience creating instructional video content
- Understanding of software development processes and terminology
- Experience gathering feedback and iterating documentation based on user needs
