Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Altrincham branch to assist customers in person, on the phone, and online. You will handle everyday banking queries, guide customers to appropriate services, and support the branch team across a full range of transactions.
The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours/week, Monday–Saturday) with training during the initial weeks and a 45-minute commute requirement. We value customer-first service and community focus.
