My client is a well-established firm dedicated to providing outstanding services to its clients in its core sectors. They are looking for a Client Services Advisor to join their expanding team based in Altrincham.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills, ideally from a Call Centre or Sales background.

Job Description for Client Services Executive

* Follow up with all enquiries

* Answer all emails from clients

* Assist clients on the phone

* Take detailed information with regards to cases

* Ensure that the customer journey is as smooth and efficient as possible

* Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Job Skills required for Client Services Executive

* Previous Customer Service experience is essential

* Highly organised

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
