AV Manager
Hybrid, Altrincham (2–3 days per week)
£35,000 to £45,000, DOE

Our client is a an exciting and fast-growing media planning and buying agency built on data, addressable delivery, and IP-based measurement. They specialise in connecting blue chip brands with audiences through television, connected TV, out-of-home, cinema, press, and audio. Our client combines senior-level expertise with a highly hands-on approach, giving clients the attention, rigour, and agility that larger networks often struggle to provide.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an AV Manager who will take a central role in both planning and activation across all above-the-line media. This position suits someone who is highly detail oriented, numerate, and motivated by working in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work directly with the co-founders, gaining significant exposure to senior decision making, bespoke training, and day-to-day guidance across multiple media channels.

Core Responsibilities

* Contribute to end-to-end communications planning across television, CTV, out-of-home, cinema, press, and radio.

* Plan, buy, and trade media across all AV channels, ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs.

* Manage day-to-day campaign activation, optimisation, and reporting.

* Build and maintain clear, accurate, and insightful media schedules, budget summaries, and performance reports.

* Work closely with media owners to secure strong rates, added value, and reliable delivery.

* Support the co-founders in developing strategic recommendations for clients.

* Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, presenting plans, and supporting post-campaign reviews.

* Contribute to the development of internal processes as the agency scales, preparing to take on increased leadership responsibility over time.

Skills and Experience

* Experience in AV planning and buying, with strong understanding of television.

* Outdoor experience preferred, although not essential if the candidate is willing to learn.

* Strong numerical skills and confidence using spreadsheets to analyse data, build forecasts, and interpret performance.

* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing workloads independently.

* Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence when speaking to clients.

* A proactive approach, with genuine interest in contributing to the growth of an ambitious agency.
