A specialist school in Trafford is looking for an SEN Cover Supervisor who can make a real impact on children with barriers to learning! We're looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to help create inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environments where every student can thrive.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain structure and support student success.
• Provide individual and small‑group support for those with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility.
• Build strong relationships to boost confidence and participation, while tracking progress and providing constructive feedback to support development.

• Specialist Knowledge: A strong understanding of autism, ADHD, and effective strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Classroom Management:
  Ability to adapt to various learning environments and maintain an inclusive, structured setting.
• Effective Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Passion and Commitment:
  Genuine dedication to supporting children with additional needs and making a meaningful impact on their development.
