• Fife based on site The EC&I Project Manager will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of all Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) aspects of production and/or storage facility. The role covers the full project lifecycle from FEED through to commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, industry standards, and project delivery objectives Expectations
• Manage EC&I project activities across design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Deliver EC&I scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Develop project schedules and resource plans
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Provide technical leadership for power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and safety systems
• Review and approve designs and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with IEC, ATEX, BS EN standards Requirements
• Degree in Electrical or Control Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven EC&I project delivery experience in industrial or energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS, instrumentation, and electrical systems
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with UK regulations (CDM, ATEX, COMAH)
