Are you a Technical Manager or similar from a Metallurgical background, looking for a varied and autonomous role within a well-established business that will look after you for years to come?

On offer is the opportunity to become part of the senior leadership team within a Casting company supplying the Aerospace and Defence industries. With over 70 years in the business the company is an award-winning market leader, known for looking after their people and promoting from within.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing operations of an investment casting site.
• Controlling tooling design and procurement.
• Providing technical support for all departments.
• Managing all aspects of Technical & Production operations, including Wax/Shell/Foundry processes.
• Championing new product implementation.
• Controlling tooling and processes for new or modified tooling with efficient implementation, ensuring timely NPI process via effective project management and timely decision making.

Working hours:

8:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday, 8:00-13:00 Friday.

• Technical Manager role experience.
• Metallurgical background or similar.
