The role will be extremely varied, with the opportunity to do some international travel to places like Japan and Germany, as well as becoming trained to perform equipment installations and customer training in University Labs.

You will also be doing the following:

Initially, you’d be involved in product building to get to grips with how it goes together.
Moving on to testing of systems and sub-assemblies.
Carrying out test procedures along with the relevant data.
Supporting customers over the phone and via email.
Using your problem solving ability to generate ideas for equipment issues
