Your new role

This role will see you operating as a key member of a growing advisory team, focused on solving complex tax challenges and delivering practical, risk-based solutions. The position offers a high degree of flexibility and can be tailored to suit the right individual, with options across full-time, part-time or consultancy arrangements.

Provide high-quality technical tax advice across a broad range of client matters

Advise owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients on UK tax issues

Deliver clear, commercially focused written advice on complex tax scenarios

Identify tax risks and planning opportunities for clients

Act as a trusted adviser to both clients and internal stakeholders

Support and mentor colleagues on technical matters where appropriate

Participate in client meetings and manage selected client relationships

Contribute to the firm’s growth through thought leadership, technical input or business development activity (where desired)
Play a role in shaping the future direction of the practice

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to combine technical excellence with pragmatic, client-focused solutions while contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will be a technically strong and commercially aware tax professional who enjoys tackling complex advisory work and delivering value to clients.

CTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience in UK tax advisory work Strong technical expertise across one or more areas (e.g. private client, owner-managed business, corporate or international tax)
A proven ability to deliver high-quality, well-reasoned technical advice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic problem-solving ability

The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleaguesA client-centric mindset and a commitment to professional integrity
