Keyman Personnel, a specialist white collar recruitment business, is currently seeking a skilled Payroll & Expense Administrator to join a reputable financial company on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in payroll and expense management to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including salary adjustments, deductions, and leaves of absence.
  • Manage employee expense reimbursement claims, reviewing and approving expenses in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve any payroll or expense-related queries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll and expense data.
  • Stay updated with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to payroll and expenses.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and expense management processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HMRC regulations and experience with pension schemes would be advantageous.
