Due to increasing customer demand, we’re expanding our team and seeking talented Spa Therapists to join us.

Location: The Cove Spa, move Altrincham (WA15 8EW
)

Salary: £13 per hour

Hours: Full and Part Time hours available, please specify in your application how many hours you are looking for.

Please note that we do require availability for either alternate weekends or at least one weekend day each week.

The Role:

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of treatments and help guests feel comfortable and cared for. You will work closely with the Spa Manager and your team to maintain high standards of service, appearance and conduct.

The Cove Spa includes nine heat experiences, a relaxation room, a nail bar and four treatment rooms.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a range of spa treatments
• Carrying out consultations and recommending suitable homecare
• Explaining services and products to guests
• Supporting reception duties, including check-in and check-out
• Supervising spa sessions and ensuring guest safety
• Taking payments, including retail sales

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Ideally experience with nail treatments, including gel and BIAB
• Proven experience delivering high-quality treatments and customer service
• A genuine interest in wellbeing and creating positive guest experiences
