Hybrid role (min 2-3 days a week in Altrincham Office)

Role Overview

Omni RMS is looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of our brand, digital presence, and audience engagement. This role will support across the full marketing mix with a focus on SEO, social media, community building, and events, with the aim of increasing visibility, engagement, website traffic, and sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, and confident working across multiple digital channels and projects simultaneously, while using insights and data to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute SEO content outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks and increase Omni’s brand visibility
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant publications, partners, and platforms for outreach opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with external websites and contributors
  • Monitor backlink profile and domain authority improvements
Social Content Creation & Community Management
  • Create and maintain a social media calendar to ensure Omni’s social strategy is up to date
  • Create engaging social content aligned to Omni RMS’s brand and messaging
  • Manage and grow social media channels, with a strong focus on Linked In
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture online communities
  • Monitor and report on social performance
  • Adapt content to improve reach and engagement
Event Planning & Execution
  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of online and in-person events
  • Coordinate event content, schedules, and communications across digital channels
  • Assist with post-event follow-ups, content creation, and performance reporting
Community Identification & Engagement
  • Identify relevant online and offline communities, forums, and groups to join
  • Engage authentically within communities to gather audience insights
  • Spot opportunities to generate leads and support sales conversations
  • Feed insights back to marketing and sales teams to improve targeting and messaging
  • Upload and manage website content using the CMS
  • Optimise content for SEO best practices, including keywords, metadata, and internal linking
  • Ensure content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Track website performance and suggest improvements to increase traffic and engagement
Objectives & KPIs
  • Reach new and relevant audiences across digital channels
  • Increase engagement with both new and existing audiences
  • Drive increased website traffic through social media and SEO activity
  • Improve domain authority through consistent backlink acquisition
  • Increase Linked In reach, impressions, and engagement rates
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a digital marketing role
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and backlink strategies
  • Strong social media content creation and community management skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Experience managing Linked In for B2B brands
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Word Press)
  • Experience supporting or running events
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights)
  • Experience designing graphics for social media (canva or similar)
  • Experience of working within a CRM
