Who we’re looking for

• A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ experience
• Confident managing a mixed wills, probate, LPAs and estate admin caseload independently
• Commercially aware and relationship-driven, good at engaging with existing clients and generating cross-referral work
• Interested in either working autonomously or developing a small team
• Friendly, collaborative and grounded as this is a warm, non-corporate team

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 - £55,000(depending on experience)
• Bonus scheme: 15% on billings above 3x salary
• Hybrid working:
  Up to 4 days from home
• Flexible hours and part-time options available (3+ days per week)
