Conveyancing Fee Earner - High-Value Work - AltrinchamAn excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a prestigious, highly regarded law firm in Altrincham. This is a firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering first-class service to its clients - many of whom are wealthy local individuals. The conveyancing work is focused exclusively on high-value residential properties, giving you exposure to some of the most interesting and rewarding transactions in the market.

With several senior team members approaching retirement, there is genuine scope for career progression and the chance to step into a senior role in the near future.Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally Solicitor or Legal Executive qualified (not essential)
• 3+ years' experience managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Strong knowledge of title complexities and ability to manage cases of varying difficulty
• Proven ability to handle a full caseload of conveyancing files with minimal supervision
