A respected boutique litigation law firm in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-value, High Court matters within a firm that consistently punches above its weight and is regularly instructed on cases against large regional and national firms.

The firm specialises exclusively in high-end/high-profile commercial disputes, regularly advising on claims in the millions, with matters reaching up to the multi-millions.

You will be involved in:

• High Court litigation
• Professional negligence disputes
• Advising large professional bodies (including architects and construction companies)
• Complex insurance disputes and fraud matters
• Contentious probate (if of interest)

• Experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• Proven High Court experience
• Strong background in professional negligence and complex disputes
• Commercially astute with experience advising HNW individuals and businesses
• Confident managing substantial caseloads independently
