Embroidery Machine & Print Operator – Join our clients' growing production team based in Altrincham!

We’re looking for a skilled Full or Part-Time Embroidery Machine and Print Operator to join our busy production team and help deliver premium results for our customers.

• Operate multi‑head embroidery machines with confidence and precision
• Set machines correctly, including colour threads, needles, and functions
• Maintain equipment: replace needles, clean/oil machinery, and monitor thread stock
• Work efficiently to meet a busy production schedule
• Keep your workspace impeccably clean and organised
• Check stock accurately against job sheets and prepare garments for decoration
• Conduct quality checks, then pack, label, and bag garments to a high standard for dispatch

• A conscientious, flexible, “can‑do” attitude
• Strong computer literacy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Understanding of premium garment finishing
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, tidy work environment
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and consistently produce top‑quality work

• Minimum 2 years’ commercial embroidery experience
• Experience with heat presses and/or garment printing is highly desirable

• £25,750 salary (40‑hour week or 3 days per week) (salary pro‑rata)

Mon–Fri, 7:50 am–5:00 pm
