Mission: Build and optimise a world‑class ecommerce experience that converts, delights and scales internationally across UK, US and future markets.

The Ecomm Manager owns the onsite customer journey – UX, navigation, merchandising, on‑site content, product presentation, conversion performance and CRO. You sit within the Trade Engine
, directly impacting revenue and customer experience.

• Site Ownership:
  Own Shopify performance and experience end‑to‑end.
• Ensure fast load‑time, intuitive navigation, flawless mobile experience.
• Maintain best‑in‑class PDPs, imagery, sizing, fit guidance and messaging.
• Merchandising & CRO:
  Lead onsite merchandising strategy aligned with trade cycles.
• Run CRO tests and experiments to lift conversion rate and revenue.
• Analyse heatmaps, session recordings, click data and customer behaviour.
• International:
  Ensure US + other markets are optimised for shipping, duty, messaging, conversion.
• Maintain localisation strategy and market‑specific nuances.

  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Performance on landing pages; partner with Brand on on‑site branding and storytelling; partner with Ops on stock, sizing, alerts and pre‑orders.
