We're hiring a Senior Developer to join a collaborative engineering team building innovative, large-scale software solutions used by a growing customer base. This is an opportunity to work in an environment where engineers have a genuine voice, influence technical decisions, and solve complex problems using modern technologies and practices.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and developing high-quality software solutions
Working within Agile Scrum teams alongside Product, UX and QA specialists
Contributing to architecture, technical direction and engineering best practices
Mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge across the team
Tackling complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement

Java

CI/CD & automated testing

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have strong commercial Java development experience
Enjoy working collaboratively and solving complex problems
Advocate for Agile, TDD, pair programming and engineering best practices
Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Are passionate about learning, mentoring and continuous improvement
