If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist recruitment business operating within the US construction and building materials sector, working on senior management and executive-level roles.

We're looking for a driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Altrincham. You'll be working closely with experienced consultants to identify, engage, and build relationships with top-level professionals and clients across the United States.

You’ll be trained in executive search and headhunting techniques, learning how to identify high-calibre talent and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This is not your typical high-volume recruitment role - it's about quality, insight, and relationship building.

• Engaging with clients and candidates over the phone to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
• Conducting research to identify key individuals in the market
• Learning and applying executive search methodologies
• Managing recruitment projects from initial brief through to placement
• Supporting senior consultants and contributing to team success

• A confident, articulate communicator - especially over the phone
• A self‑motivated, ambitious individual eager to learn and progress
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A professional manner with a genuine interest in people and business
• No prior recruitment experience is required - full training provided

• £26,000 starting salary + commission (realistic first‑year earnings £35-40k+)
• Full training in headhunting and search & selection recruitment
• Hours:
  
  Monday-Thursday, 12:00-8:00pm (aligning with US business hours)
• Friday work‑from‑home and additional flexibility after your training period
