Eine vielseitige HR-Rolle mit Verantwortung für Administration, Payroll, Prozesse und Kennzahlen. In einem technologisch geprägten Umfeld bietet sich Raum, HR-Abläufe mitzugestalten und gemeinsam im Team weiterzuentwickeln.
Ihre Rolle- HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles steuern
- Personal- und Lohndaten in HR-Systemen pflegen und auswerten
- Payroll und Absenzmanagement begleiten
- HR-Prozesse und Dokumentationen laufend optimieren
- HR-Fachbereiche und Projekte wirkungsvoll unterstützen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung HR-Assistent/in
- Erfahrung in der HR-Administration, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit HR-Systemen wie Abacus und SAP Success Factors
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie stilsicheres Deutsch und ausgezeichnetes Englisch
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Sozialkompetenz
