NOW HIRING – Abstracting Team Members Smart | Fast | Detail-Oriented | High Energy We’re looking for someone with an abstractor’s brain—sharp, detail-driven, and logical—but with the energy, drive, and hustle to support our abstracting team while learning the ropes. This is not just research work. We need someone quick on their feet, efficient, and focused, who can handle a mix of hands-on tasks and paperwork while developing into a skilled abstractor.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Support the abstracting team by pulling courthouse files and preparing documents Make copies of old records, number pages, and organize files for easy use Handle occasional customer interactions with professionalism and friendliness Work efficiently without constant supervision Grow into full abstracting duties over time IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High energy and fast learner Takes ownership and pride in doing a job well Thinks ahead and can anticipate the next steps without being told Not afraid of dusty records, courthouse trips, or a busy day Believes in old-school work ethic: shows up, works hard, cares about the quality of their work BONUS SKILLS (Not Required):
Previous experience in abstracting, title research, real estate, or legal support Familiarity with courthouse processes Good with computers and scanners (but willing to learn)
