As a Locum MD/DO in Emergency Medicine at Rinvio Recruitment, you will be involved in a variety of fast-paced and dynamic projects, including diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and injuries, stabilizing patients in critical condition, and coordinating with specialists for further care. • Conduct initial patient assessments and examinations in the emergency department.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to determine the nature and extent of illnesses or injuries.
• Administer appropriate treatments and medications following established protocols.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients seen.
• Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding their conditions and follow-up care.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to make rapid and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to all patients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
