We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinical team Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about delivering meaningful, hands-on patient care while building relationships, improving patients' lives, and advancing their careers in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Clinicians may maintain a general caseload or pursue specialized interests in orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and concussion care.
An eligible candidate may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and terms.
Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
Document patient care accurately using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week, with AI-powered tools available to streamline documentation and reduce administrative time.
Educate patients on rehabilitation goals, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians to promote quality care and positive patient outcomes.
Contribute to a culture of clinical learning, mentorship, and peer support.
Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure.
