These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

• Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Have knowledge of surrounding area, be responsible for security of guests, fellow employees and hotel assets.
• Perform any other required duties as requested by the General Manager to aid in better operation of the hotel, and service to the guests.
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person, have good telephone skills, and patience and understanding for every person that is encountered.

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, and have an outgoing personality.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, be honest and work well with others.
• Must have good cash handling skills, able to make change.
• Must be able to Stand/walk on feet for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
