• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification/license in Special Education
• Prior experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an educational setting
• Knowledge of current special education laws, regulations, and best practices
• Strong understanding of different disabilities and the ability to tailor instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for advocating for and supporting students with special needs
