Creative Solutions In Health Care is looking for a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse—either an LVN or an RN—to join our expanding team. Trustworthiness, consistent attendance, multitasking aptitude, and a professional, cooperative demeanor are essential for this role.

• Direct Care Teams:
  Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
• Administer Medications:
  Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans:
  Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments:
  Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe Orders:
  Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care:
  Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports:
  Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff:
  Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
• Maintain Safety Standards:
  Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs:
  Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively.
• Ability to respond efficiently to emergencies and attend to detail in all tasks.
